We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, excluding custom-made items.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your package.

    Requests submitted after the 3-day window may not be accepted.


📦 Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories included (dust bags, tags, boxes, etc.)

  • Item must be shipped back within 7 days after we provide return instructions

Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused.


If Issues Are Caused by Us

If the issue is due to:

  • Product defect or quality issue

  • Lost or damaged package during shipping

  • Customs-related seizure (non-customer fault)

We will provide one of the following solutions based on the situation:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Reshipment of your item at no additional cost

Due to high international logistics costs, we prioritize partial refunds for after-sales requests. This helps customers avoid high return fees, customs duties, and lengthy wait times.


If You Insist on Returning for Personal Reasons

For returns based on personal preference (e.g., don’t like the item, wrong size, change of mind), the following costs will apply:

  • Outbound and return shipping

  • Both import and export customs duties

  • A $50 USD handling fee per return transaction

We strongly recommend discussing your options with our team before proceeding.


💸 Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will:

  • Process your refund within 10 business days

  • Refund to the original payment method (PayPal, USDT, etc.)

  • Notify you when the refund is issued

Due to international shipping, minor dents or creases on packaging may occur. This does not affect product quality and is not valid for return or refund.
